Our policy

Ordered online but not quite right? You have 14 days to return or exchange your order. Easily register your return via our returns portal and send the package using the included shipping label.

Please note: items with a discount of 50% or more cannot be returned. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 5 to 10 business days via your original payment method.

Bought in-store? Then you can return it within 8 days, either in-store or online. For an online return of an in-store purchase, please provide the email address used for your purchase and your order number (found on the receipt, starting with "ORD"). Sale items purchased in-store cannot be returned, but you can try them on in-store to find the right size.
