Register your return within 14 days of receiving your order, select the items you want to return.
Please note: return costs are at your own expense.

2. Packing

Pack your items, make sure the items still have their labels. Add the original packing slip to the package and stick the return label on the package. Don't forget to remove the old shipping label.

3. Send

Take your package to a post office within 2 working days after registration.

Shipping is at your own risk, you can take out insurance with our partner.

4. Refund

As soon as the package arrives at our warehouse, you will receive a refund from us within 10 days.

Yes, you must then register 1 package on our return portal. You can then add the other items to the package including the packing slip. Without 2 packing slips, the separate package will not be processed.

Please note that you must have paid for the order by debit card and provided your customer details in the store when purchasing.

Refunds will be sent to the account or credit card used to place your original order. Refunds will take up to 10 business days.

Please note: with credit cards, the original amount charged is sometimes adjusted after returning an item. You will not receive a separate refund.
