It may be that one of our items is disappointing or does not fit. You may then exchange or return it. You can register the return via our partner.

To register
1. Sign up

Register your return within 14 days of receiving your order, select the items you want to return.
Please note: return costs are at your own expense.

2. Packing

Pack your items, make sure the items still have their labels. Add the original packing slip to the package and stick the return label on the package. Don't forget to remove the old shipping label.

3. Send

Take your package to a post office within 2 working days after registration.

Shipping is at your own risk, you can take out insurance with our partner.

4. Refund

As soon as the package arrives at our warehouse, you will receive a refund from us within 10 days.

Conditions

Webshop orders
  • If your order is incomplete or if something is wrong, please send an email to customerservice@bij-keesje.nl within 48 hours of receipt. Always state the order number. Or contact us via our customer form below.
  • To exchange a product, you can order the desired item on the website. You can then return the original item via the return link above.
  • It is mandatory to include the original shipping packing slip when sending a return.
  • You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. The costs for return shipping are at your own expense.
  • If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
  • Bij-Keesje is not liable for return costs. Nor are we responsible for returns lost or delivered to incorrect addresses.
  • NB! Unfortunately, sale items with a discount of 50% or more cannot be returned. The remaining amount is insufficient to cover processing and shipping, therefore no refund or credit will be issued.
Retail purchases
  • Sale items purchased in-store cannot be returned. However, you can try them on in store to determine the correct size.
  • Store returns must be returned to the store within 8 days.
