Webshop orders
- If your order is incomplete or if something is wrong, please send an email to customerservice@bij-keesje.nl within 48 hours of receipt. Always state the order number. Or contact us via our customer form below.
- To exchange a product, you can order the desired item on the website. You can then return the original item via the return link above.
- It is mandatory to include the original shipping packing slip when sending a return.
- You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. The costs for return shipping are at your own expense.
- If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
- Bij-Keesje is not liable for return costs. Nor are we responsible for returns lost or delivered to incorrect addresses.
- NB! Unfortunately, sale items with a discount of 50% or more cannot be returned. The remaining amount is insufficient to cover processing and shipping, therefore no refund or credit will be issued.
Retail purchases
- Sale items purchased in-store cannot be returned. However, you can try them on in store to determine the correct size.
- Store returns must be returned to the store within 8 days.
