General
Anne-Claire was looking for a name that would stick, preferably linked to her own name. Her father's name is Kees and her baptismal name is Cornelia, so she became Bij Keesje. A pleasant, typically Dutch name.
We try to contribute to a better environment in various ways. Orders via the webshop are packed in paper and we ship most products in an unprinted cardboard box.
We also try to pack products as small as possible to save cardboard. Letterbox packages are also more environmentally friendly than having to have a delivery person (with a car) deliver them.
In addition, a maximum order amount has been set on the website to prevent large orders being placed in different sizes, which the customer knows in advance will be returned. If you have any questions about this, you can contact us by telephone or an exception can be made.
Order & payment
If you have not been able to make the payment, the status of your order is 'awaiting payment'. You then have 30 minutes to complete your order correctly, otherwise your order will be cancelled.
You will receive emails for every canceled order, abandoned shopping cart or failed order. You can still complete your order via this email.
If the amount has been debited from your account, the order has been placed with us. Check your spam box to see if the order confirmation has ended up there. Or log in with your account and view your orders. Still can't figure it out? Please contact our customer service. Then we will look into this for you!
Unfortunately, this is not yet possible. After you have placed an order, it will be shipped as soon as possible. Ordered before 4 p.m., delivered the next day.
Do you want an order later, because you don't expect to be at home? Then you must place the order one day before you have the opportunity to accept the package.
You can report this via the message in your e-mail box about the delivery. Our shipping partner will then investigate!
No, unfortunately that is not possible. A new order must then be placed.
Products
Every week we have new items in our store and webshop. To guarantee an ever-changing collection, we only have a few pieces of each item in stock. We like it when everyone has a unique wardrobe, instead of many girls wearing the same items.
Is your favorite item sold out? Then you can always ask whether it is still in the store in Barendrecht. Then you can reserve and pick up the desired product there. Please note: store stock is not sold online.
With some items there is a chance that they will arrive again. If this is the case, you can leave your email address with the desired product and you will receive an email when it is back in stock. NB! You will only receive one email when your desired product is back in stock. Are you just too late and the item is sold out again? Please feel free to leave your email address again.
Unfortunately, this is not possible via the webshop. Even if you have your product in your shopping cart, it is not reserved. The product is only reserved for you once you have paid. Would you like to try on an item in the store? Then you can order this product on the website and pick it up in the store.
Certainly! You can order gift vouchers of €10, €15, €25 or €50 on the website. However, a gift voucher must be spent in one go, in the webshop or in the store.
A gift voucher is valid for one year. A voucher for 6 months. A voucher can only be issued once. If you return the item paid for with the voucher, you will lose the value of the voucher.
Returns
Yes, you must then register 1 package on our return portal. You can then add the other items to the package including the packing slip. Without 2 packing slips, the separate package will not be processed.
Refunds will be sent to the account or credit card used to place your original order. Refunds will take up to 10 business days.
Please note: with credit cards, the original amount charged is sometimes adjusted after returning an item. You will not receive a separate refund.
Yes, you can register your return in our portal with your email address and order number.
Please note that you must have paid for the order by debit card and provided your customer details in the store when purchasing.
Gift cards and discount codes
Online: Once you have filled your shopping cart with your favorite items, you can enter the code of your gift card under the heading 'discount code or gift card'. The amount will be automatically deducted from your order.
Store: You can display this gift card in the email or print it. You can then have the code scanned in the store during checkout. The amount will then be immediately deducted from the total amount.

No, that is not possible.
If you choose to return an order that was paid for with the gift card, the amount will be refunded to the card within a few business days after your return has been processed. So keep the code safe!
No, a discount code is a "discount" and not a gift card. The code can therefore only be used once and is not paid out when returning.
Save with Keesje
Sign up for saving at keesje . Make sure that you use the same email address for store and online purchases. You will then save 1 point for every €1,- spent.
